Rocky McCartney is a life-long resident of Louisiana. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Donna, for over 43 years. He is the proud father of 4 children and 13.5 grandchildren. He loves God, Family, Country, and LSU Sports. (some say, not necessarily in that order, LOL!) He and Sister McCartney are currently serving as Service Missionaries for the LDS Family Services ARP Program.
